For your safety and the safety of our employees, we are taking all the necessary precautionsand are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation through the Nova Scotia Health Authorityand how it unfolds within our province and customer base. At this time, we are still open for business. We are asking our employees to take all precautions deemed necessary by the Nova Scotia Health Authority, which includes extracleaning, washing and sanitizing.We have instructed all employees to stay home if they are feeling unwell or if anyone in theirimmediate family/household is displaying any sign of sickness.All of our employees have chosen to remain in Canada for this 2020 March Break and we have asked that in the foreseeable future any employee that travels outside Canada selfisolate for 14 days upon their return to Canada. Our sales and service employees will be pre-screening our customers and are asking anyonethat has travelled outside Canada recently to please set up any appointments for a later dateafter the provincially mandated 14-day self isolation period.Our employees have been advised that they have the right to refuse to enter a home orbusiness if anyone is displaying any sign of illness. We will gladly set up another appointmentat a later date.Please be assured that we at Ground Hog Geothermal and Heat Pump Ltd. have only the wellbeing of our customers and employees at heart and will be complying with any and all futureadvice and mandated protocol regarding the Covid-19 preventative measures as set out by the Nova Scotia Health Authority.
